Ajang penghargaan musik paling bergengsi di dunia, Grammy Awards, kembali menyedot perhatian global. Memasuki usia ke-68, perhelatan akbar ini sukses digelar di Los Angeles, California, pada Minggu (1/2/2026) malam waktu setempat atau Senin (2/2/2026) pagi WIB. Bad Bunny berhasil membawa pulang penghargaan Album of the Year, sementara Billie Eilish dan Kendrick Lamar juga mendominasi kategori utama lainnya.

Puncak Penghargaan Musik Dunia: Grammy Awards ke-68 Digelar Meriah

Dilansir dari BBC, Grammy Awards 2026 dihadiri deretan musisi lintas generasi, menandai usianya yang ke-68. Tahun ini, Kendrick Lamar memimpin perolehan nominasi dengan total sembilan kategori, sebagian besar berkat album keenamnya, GNX. Pada Grammy tahun sebelumnya, Lamar juga mencatatkan dominasi dengan memenangkan Record of the Year dan Song of the Year melalui lagu Not Like Us.

Selain Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga meraih tujuh nominasi, disusul oleh Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, dan Leon Thomas yang masing-masing mengantongi enam nominasi. Secara keseluruhan, Recording Academy mengumumkan 95 kategori penghargaan sepanjang acara maraton berdurasi sekitar delapan jam. Para pemenang ditentukan melalui pemungutan suara sekitar 15.000 anggota Recording Academy.

Bad Bunny keluar sebagai peraih penghargaan paling bergengsi, Album of the Year, lewat albumnya DeBI TiRAR MaS FOToS (DTMF). Sementara itu, lagu “Golden” dari film KPop Demon Hunters berhasil memenangkan kategori Best Song Written for Visual Media, setelah bersaing dalam empat nominasi termasuk Song of the Year.

Adapun gelar Song of the Year diraih Billie Eilish melalui lagu “Wildflower” yang dirilis pada 2024 dalam album Hit Me Hard and Soft. Kategori Record of the Year dimenangkan oleh Kendrick Lamar feat. SZA dengan lagu “luther”. Untuk Best New Artist, Olivia Dean menjadi musisi yang berhasil meraih penghargaan tersebut.

Sejumlah musisi juga mencatatkan kemenangan Grammy perdana mereka, di antaranya Olivia Dean dan Lola Young. Selain itu, Pharrell Williams menerima penghargaan Global Music Impact, sedangkan Cher dianugerahi Lifetime Achievement Award atas kontribusinya di industri musik.
